Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sistema de Cooperativas de Crédito do Brasil.
IT Intern
The hiring process was done through the Solidus platform. I completed questionnaires based on my experience level in Portuguese, logical reasoning, etc. Afterward, I was called for an in-person interview. There was a writing task, then an interview with the supervisor, a personal presentation, and an assessment of my experience level with a specific technology. It was very instructive and straightforward.
- What is your experience level in this area?
- Could you write an essay?
- Tell me about yourself.
Intern
The interview process was very straightforward and standard, with a welcoming in-person interview and a pleasant environment. I'm hopeful about getting the position because it seems like a great place to work. The interview was relaxed and to the point.
- What do you enjoy doing?
- Are you able to handle pressure well?
- Tell me about your experiences.
Intern
The whole process took about a month. I had a really good experience with the recruiter, they were very helpful from the start. The first interview went well too. However, the final interview with management required a surprisingly high level of technical knowledge for an internship position, which felt a bit contradictory. In the end, I got a generic rejection without any explanation as to why I wasn't selected. Still, it was a valuable experience.
- Can you share some situations you've encountered and how you handled them?
- How does your company's recruitment model work?
- What's your perspective on available job positions?
