So first, we have a phone screen. The recruiter will give you a call, and they'll go over your background and skills to see if you're a good fit. If that goes well, you'll have an interview with the Hiring Manager where you'll discuss your background and past projects in more detail. After that, there's a take-home assessment, and then a live technical screen. Finally, there will be behavioral interviews with a support team member, people from other teams, and an executive.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process for the BDR role began in early September and proceeded quickly. I spoke with the team and had great conversations. After the last interview, I got a verbal offer, and they said the written contract would be sent in a few days. But then, things got messy and disorganized. Since there wasn't an internal recruiter, the hiring manager was my only contact. They tried to keep me in the loop but didn't have solid info. The offer approval was stuck with one person who was hard to reach, so no one could give me a timeline for the contract. I was told multiple times that the role was confirmed and I was backfilling it, but weeks went by with no progress or clear answers. The interviews themselves were good, but after the offer, the process lacked openness, organization, and reliable communication. I waited over a month and never got a written contract. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect after an offer.

Behavioral Other

The interview process kicked off with a brief 15-minute call with the Senior Director of SDRs. It felt like rapid-fire questions, and honestly, he seemed to think he knew everything, which wasn't the case. I was then invited to a second stage, another 30-minute call with the same Senior Director. I only took this second call hoping maybe he was just having an off day and to see if it would be any better. Unfortunately, it was still disappointing with very little interaction and he came across as arrogant. He asked a number of questions, I answered them, and then he just moved on. He mentioned there would be feedback, but I never received any. I'd steer clear of this company; they want everyone in the office five days a week, even though the job was originally advertised as remote. Definitely avoid.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was for a contract negotiator role. It started with an initial video interview with two employees. They mentioned they would follow up within 48 hours, but didn't. Later, I got an unexpected email asking me to complete a take-home assignment within 48 hours, but they forgot to include the actual assignment. I spent the first 24 hours trying to get them to send it, but the person responding kept sending me incorrect files. They eventually apologized and sent the assignment as a read-only Sharepoint link instead of a Word document. The assignment involved responding to contract redlines. As you can imagine, a read-only Sharepoint file isn't ideal for this type of task. I had to recreate the file in Word to make edits and provide a thorough response before the deadline. After I completed the assignment, their general counsel was supposed to review it. However, I received a generic rejection email with no feedback or explanation.
