So first, we have a phone screen. The recruiter will give you a call, and they'll go over your background and skills to see if you're a good fit. If that goes well, you'll have an interview with the Hiring Manager where you'll discuss your background and past projects in more detail. After that, there's a take-home assessment, and then a live technical screen. Finally, there will be behavioral interviews with a support team member, people from other teams, and an executive.

Technical Behavioral

The first interview was great, and I completed the technical interview. However, their approach to SQL was different from other industry approaches, and I was rejected due to their personal feelings. They expected me to know their internal system inside out, even though during the interview, the interviewer didn't know certain features didn't exist on the platform. The interviewer also didn't seem enthusiastic about moving to London to set up a new location.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First, I spoke with the hiring manager for the location. Then, I had a chat with one or two team members to see if I'd be a good cultural fit. After that, there was a technical interview. There was also a take-home coding challenge, part of which was on CoderPad and part was in the application itself.
