I applied through Gupy, had my resume evaluated, and then the HR person contacted me. We had an interview, and the recruiter liked my profile. She scheduled the next interview with management during the same call. I had to present a case study for that final stage. I did the presentation, and it was very well-received. I talked with management and team members, and everything seemed to go well. However, the feedback took two weeks, which made me think I wasn't selected. I tried reaching out to the recruiter through all channels to show my continued interest, but I got no response. Then, I finally got a generic rejection via WhatsApp from the recruiter, saying they weren't moving forward with me. I asked for feedback to understand where I could improve or what went wrong, but I never heard back. This is really demotivating. The lack of response and answers to my questions is worse than the delay.

The interview process at the bank was well organized and to the point. First, I did an online application on Gupy, where I sent my resume and answered some questions about my experience and professional profile. After that, I was called for an initial interview with HR, which happened virtually. In this stage, they talked about the bank, the culture, the values, and what they expected from the professional. They also asked about my background, skills, strengths, and how I deal with challenges.

I went through a hiring process, had an interview, and then heard nothing for a month, even after reaching out formally. The process was reopened without telling the previous candidates. This lack of response is frustrating and makes it hard for candidates who need to plan moves or other professional commitments. The HR department's approach shows a lack of transparency and consideration for applicants. It would be good if the company let candidates know when processes are closed, even if they weren't selected, to maintain a good image and show respect. I hope the company improves in this area because I believe good communication is key to attracting real talent.
