Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied through Gupy, had my resume evaluated, and then the HR person contacted me. We had an interview, and the recruiter liked my profile. She scheduled the next interview with management during the same call. I had to present a case study for that final stage. I did the presentation, and it was very well-received. I talked with management and team members, and everything seemed to go well. However, the feedback took two weeks, which made me think I wasn't selected. I tried reaching out to the recruiter through all channels to show my continued interest, but I got no response. Then, I finally got a generic rejection via WhatsApp from the recruiter, saying they weren't moving forward with me. I asked for feedback to understand where I could improve or what went wrong, but I never heard back. This is really demotivating. The lack of response and answers to my questions is worse than the delay.

The process was simple. First, an interview with HR with simple questions, and then with HR and the area manager. The questions were straightforward with no major technical difficulty, but it was necessary to know the skills for the role.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

It was a lengthy process, spanning about two months from start to finish, with many stages including tests, videos, and a group activity. There was an interview with managers, and it seemed like they were going to hire me, but in the end, that didn't happen. It was quite frustrating.
