Behavioral Other

It was a relaxed interview, they asked for a bit of everything. From experiences, simulation of what it would be like in the work environment. The interview took about 1 hour. Sector managers participated. Overall it went well, if you have experience and master the subject I think it's easy.

It was very relaxed, I felt comfortable. The questions were direct and clear. The interview took about 30 minutes, but that was because I talked a bit more than necessary. The whole process took around 2 to 3 weeks.

I had two interviews at Sicredi for an Assistant position. You apply on their website, and if you're lucky, they'll call you, as it's very much about connections and referrals. HR calls you or you get an email from the Gupy platform with your schedule. The first time included online tests (logic and banking knowledge), personality tests, writing an essay about yourself, and an interview with HR. The second time had online tests and a technical interview with the hiring manager (very easy questions). Unfortunately, the cooperative seems to be looking for a stagnant profile for these roles, seeking standard candidates. What matters in the end is if they liked you and think you want to stay in the role without progression for years, not your technical skills and previous experiences. Another thing that became clear: they don't have a career plan; when I mentioned wanting to build a career at the institution, they seemed uncomfortable.
