Behavioral Technical

Behavioral Technical Case Group Presentation

It was a typical selection process, with an interview with the manager, a logical reasoning test, a chat with HR, and a cultural fit assessment. The questions were very aligned with what we see in YouTube videos, like 'tell me a bit about yourself', 'how do you handle goals', 'do you work well under pressure'.

Behavioral Other

Had 3 interviews: one online with HR, another with the agency manager, and a third with the Institution Director. They asked a lot of personal questions about family, which I don't think should be asked, like what your spouse does, about your mother, what's that for? I don't think these questions are related to the job itself, maybe because the salary is below market value, they want to know if the employee will jump ship. Now, who will say yes with low income? And another thing is that the company doesn't give you any answers. You prepare for the interview, spend your time and money, and they just ignore you. Very sad for the unemployed, 40 days and zero response. Besides that, the salary drops more with each interview.

  • What does your spouse do?
  • Do you have any trauma from your previous company?
