Technical Behavioral

The interview was split into technical and behavioral parts. First, they asked detailed questions about my past experiences, projects I was involved in, challenges I faced, and solutions I implemented. I also asked about the technologies used during development, such as frameworks, databases, testing, and agile methodologies. Additionally, there was a section focused on behavioral questions, emphasizing teamwork, communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution. The interviewer seemed keen to understand both my technical skills and my professional attitude in the workplace.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • What technologies did you use in these projects (frameworks, languages, databases)?

The interview process had stages of tests, which were done on a computer or notebook only. I had to enable audio and camera, and no one else or other devices could be in the same environment. I took the test and on the same screen, the results of the questions appeared, whether I got them right or wrong. In the end, I had to create an essay with a topic of their choice and at least 20 lines. The essay was not graded at that moment, but they would give feedback later.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Logical reasoning alternative questions were asked.
  • I was asked to write an essay of at least 20 lines on a topic of their choice.

It was an online group interview. The interviewers were very nice. They first asked everyone questions and then talked about the company and the job opening. They showed a list of questions that everyone had to answer about their daily life, college, how they dealt with anxiety, and so on.

Behavioral Group Presentation
