Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SEBRAE.
Infrastructure Analyst
The interview process had stages of tests, which were done on a computer or notebook only. I had to enable audio and camera, and no one else or other devices could be in the same environment. I took the test and on the same screen, the results of the questions appeared, whether I got them right or wrong. In the end, I had to create an essay with a topic of their choice and at least 20 lines. The essay was not graded at that moment, but they would give feedback later.
- Logical reasoning alternative questions were asked.
- I was asked to write an essay of at least 20 lines on a topic of their choice.
Project Analyst
First, there was a practical test with a Sebrae project case. I had to write how I would analyze Critical Success Factors, give examples of collaborative platforms, state a high-impact, high-probability risk, and exemplify strategies for partner and participant adoption. After the practical test, there was a meeting to present myself overall and justify my reasoning for what I wrote in the practical test.
- What is my weakness? Justify.
- How would I manage and prioritize the project budget?
- What do I consider important in the workplace?
Senior Analyst
The process had two stages: a group interview and an individual interview for the top 10 candidates. After that, it took a while for the results to be posted on the website, but that's normal. You can't rush it and calling HR in SP won't help. lol
- What is your weak point? On a scale of 0 to 10, what level is it? And what do you plan to do to improve it?
