Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SEBRAE.
Analista
The hiring process was bureaucratic, slow, tiring, and costly. I think there were about 5 stages (test, initial interview, case study, and 2 final in-person interviews). In the end, there were 4 approved candidates (1 got the job and 3 were on the reserve list).
- Why do you think you should be hired?
Analista Pleno
A competency interview looks at your skills in the cooperative world. It assesses your teamwork, proactivity, innovation, and ability to handle adverse situations. The focus isn't on technical skills.
- Can you give an example of a time you had to be innovative in your work environment?
Senior Business Analyst
The selection process is extensive, but not too long. You need to prove experience beforehand to participate in the knowledge assessment, which is very similar to a public competition exam. The top 10 candidates advance to the interview and skills assessment.
- Who would you not want to work with among the candidates?
