Behavioral Technical

It was a one on one interview. A lot of it felt like a chat, so I can't recall every single question, but they mostly focused on how I approach problem-solving, decision-making, and managing my time. At the end, I had to rate myself from 1 to 5 on things like time management, communication, critical thinking, and leadership, and explain why I gave myself those scores.

  • Can you describe a time you had to make a tough choice?

Technical Group Presentation

The interview process was pretty much the same for over a decade. I made it to the assessment center and got a pretty positive feedback but they retained me only as a reserve candidate. It was of three rounds. Interview + Group discussion on a case study + Imaginary scenario of meeting a client (who is upset with a recent issue in their organization).

I had this interview where I had to record myself answering questions and then do some numerical and reasoning tests. The recording part felt kinda weird, not gonna lie, since I never really liked the idea of interviews that aren't face-to-face anyway.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you complete the number sequences?
  • Can you solve these arithmetic questions?
