Applied online and had some competency questions like 'tell me about a time you showed leadership'. Then there were online exams which included numerical and verbal reasoning tests. After that, I had an interview with two people from a technical background. It was very technical, focusing on technical questions. They did help me out when I didn't know something, guiding me towards the answer.
