First, there were several practical tasks to solve to see if the candidate can handle computers. Then, there was a personal interview where I had to present a self-created presentation about the company. After that, I was asked various questions about the company and my personality/motivation.

They bring you in for an interview and give you a test without really checking if you know the job, even though it's an entry-level position. After the test, they give you a quick tour of the workspace and some information. They tell you you did okay on the test, but then they reject your application online before you can even leave, giving no reason, despite saying you have a great resume and a lot of knowledge.

Case Presentation

Mixed experience. I had phone screenings, and online interviews which were good. They really wanted to meet me in person but this position was in a different state, but it was important to them to have me come to the facility and meet the team. I traveled to their location (all on my own cost) and when I arrived there I ended up sitting in a conference room and talking to them on a phone call because the team was working remote! It was frustrating and it seemed like a waste of time and effort on my end. So my recommendation is if you are traveling to interview for this company make sure they fly you out and have them pay for it.

Behavioral Technical

So the whole interview thing took about three months. It started with a first round over Teams, mostly looking at my CV. They asked about what I've done before, my education, and any projects I worked on. This was my chance to really show off my wins and how my past fits what they're looking for. Then, the second round was in person, and it was more hands-on with technical stuff. I got to show how I solve problems and my tech skills by talking through things in detail, maybe even doing some tasks. It was all pretty chill and professional, so it felt good and I could actually talk to the interviewers.
