A week after applying, I got a Skype interview invite. The interview was average. The team lead didn't know what they wanted and asked for 5+ years of experience for an entry-level position. They also made some inappropriate remarks about my application, which was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. I hope they change their job descriptions or have realistic expectations. Totally ridiculous! Stop wasting candidates' time.
