Intern
Eles fazem uma dinâmica presencial, em grupos. Acho muito difícil uma empresa investir tempo e energia dessa forma por ser fora do comum na cidade de Sorocaba. Me senti em uma empresa Americana ou da Europa. Totalmente fora da curva.
- Do you have advanced English?
Intern
I had two short and very pleasant phone calls with the engineers from the department I applied to. In these conversations, I was asked simple but targeted questions regarding my basic understanding of both mechanical and electrical engineering. These conversations provided a good opportunity to demonstrate my knowledge in these fields and gain initial insights into the technical requirements of the position.
- What is a capacitor and how is it constructed?
Intern
Phone call. My interviewers seemed very tense themselves, which didn't help my nervousness. I felt immense pressure to perform during the conversation, no easing into the conversation, but immediate start with the usual questions. Detailed description of the job and the company, which I found very interesting. Nevertheless, this can still be improved to appear more likeable.
- What do you expect from the internship?
- What are your strengths that you can bring to the company?
