It was a speedy and straightforward process that allowed for more in-depth discussions about the position, how relevant the job is, and the duties involved. It felt pretty good and motivating. I'd suggest this way of interviewing.

First, there was a telephonic HR interview where they asked basic questions in English and German, about my visa status and work permit. Then, a 1:1 interview was conducted. This interview included an introduction to my work profile, personnel introduction, resume-related questions, course-related questions about learnings in particular topics, profile-related questions, questions about best and worst experiences and scenarios, future plans, and German knowledge.

The interview process included an initial call, a discussion about salary expectations, and a review of qualifications. Additionally, past experiences, specific career milestones, and general attitudes towards work, including conflict resolution styles, were addressed.
