The interview process involved two parts, which felt like a pretty standard corporate interview. The people were friendly and made me laugh. It took about two weeks to receive an offer. The training period was about 2.5 years, which was much longer than I expected. All in all, it was a good experience.

It was pretty chill. My manager wanted to get a feel for me as a person to see if I'd fit in with the store's vibe. I was asked all the standard interview questions like what's your greatest strength, weakness, an example of teamwork, and future aspirations.

I wasn't ready for how intense the interview was. It had maybe 10+ questions, which weren't that weird. I have to say though, there was one question I just couldn't answer, something like, "What was the most amount of tasks you've gotten done in the shortest amount of time?". It might not be a hard question for others, but man, it was rough for me. The whole thing lasted about 30 minutes or more. It was definitely the worst interview I've ever had, but I think that was partly because I was super intimidated by how serious the interviewer was. Also, I felt the interview intensity didn't really match the job, which is just mopping floors and reorganizing clothes. Good luck to anyone wanting to work there.

The first interview was scheduled, but the interviewer wasn't available. For the second interview, the same thing happened. However, the store manager interviewed me. After the interview, I was told the position I applied for was filled. They offered me a different job, but I wasn't interested because of the hours. I had to drive an hour each way for both interviews, which was a waste of time and gas since the job I wanted wasn't even available anymore. I wish they were more organized.
