Technical Group Presentation

So, I went through the interview process via my college campus. First, there was a written test with aptitude, core, and advanced C/C++ questions. Then, we had to get into groups of 4 and pick a problem statement. We had 2 hours to prepare a presentation on it using their format. After that, we had to present our Ppt and discuss solutions for the problem. Some people were shortlisted for the next steps, but I didn't make it.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

There are 3 rounds in total. The first round (L1) will cover your basic profile and work experience. The second round (L2) will involve a US panel and include both behavioral and technical questions. Finally, there's an HR round for salary discussion. All the rounds are kind of difficult, but the HR round is the toughest because it's challenging to get the Head HR to negotiate on your expected salary.

The interview process was pretty standard, with 5 rounds in total, all happening on the same day. It started with a Technical Aptitude test, followed by a Technical F2F Interview where they asked basic QA questions and some SQL queries. Then, there was a QA Manager round, which was similar to the tech round but a bit easier. After that, there was a Management Round and finally an HR round. I received the offer letter via email, but unfortunately, I couldn't accept it because the HR informed me at the last minute that they needed someone who could join immediately, giving me only two weeks. Since my notice period was longer than that, I had to decline the offer despite really wanting to join the organization.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Asked about basic QA knowledge
  • Asked to write SQL queries
