I had to do a sample document prep first, where I picked a scenario and wrote an FS doc based on the titles. Then, there was an on-call technical interview that was pretty fair. After that, I filled out another doc with general HR questions. Then, I sent over the documents they asked for. Lastly, there was a final HR Round.

I had a phone interview with a PM and Project Architect. They asked standard questions for the role. I was asked about my past work experiences, to talk about any work challenges I'd faced, and how I dealt with them and what the result was. It was a very typical interview. When I inquired about project management, they said the organization was keen on me assisting with those duties. Turns out that wasn't true, as there were already two project managers for a single 7-person project, so a third wasn't needed.
