Technical Group Presentation

So, I went through the interview process via my college campus. First, there was a written test with aptitude, core, and advanced C/C++ questions. Then, we had to get into groups of 4 and pick a problem statement. We had 2 hours to prepare a presentation on it using their format. After that, we had to present our Ppt and discuss solutions for the problem. Some people were shortlisted for the next steps, but I didn't make it.

Got a call from the consultancy, then they scheduled the interview. Since I'm experienced, it was a direct face-to-face technical round. The interview process was average. They asked basic OOPS and SQL questions, nothing more. The interviewer was really mad and rude, super arrogant. When you go for the interview, do a thorough inquiry about the job profile. One suggestion to the interviewer: 'Candidates come to your company to give an interview, not to beg for a job.' So, improve your behavior because along with technical knowledge, manners are also important.

I applied through campus and the whole hiring process took a full day. There were 120 students registered. The process had 5 rounds. First, there was a written test with two sections: 10 logical questions (logical, quant, etc.) and 20 technical questions. Total 30 questions. It was 4 marks for a correct answer and -0.25 for a wrong one. 40 students were shortlisted. Second was a group decision round, which wasn't an elimination round. It was 8 minutes long with 8 people. The third round was the first technical round, which was an elimination round focusing on basic technical skills. 17 students made it through. The fourth round was the second technical round, covering projects and other technical stuff. They ran out of time after this round, so they evaluated the remaining students and directly selected 10 out of 17. Finally, in the HR round, selected students were given offer letters. All the best!! Refer GeeksForGeeks and IndiaBixs for the process.
