Senior .NET Developer
The recruiter initiated contact via email to schedule an interview. The process for inviting candidates is generally well-organized, with interviews typically scheduled promptly. The company's approach seems to be candidate-agnostic. For candidates with substantial experience, they proceed directly to a face-to-face interview. However, candidates with about a year of experience or freshers are required to pass a test first.

.NET Developer
There were 5 rounds in total. It started with a written test covering basic oops concepts like static and exception handling, basic .net concepts like CLR and CTS, and coding questions to find the output. Then there was the 1st technical round focusing on complete OOPs and SQL. The 2nd technical round covered SQL, OOPs, and basic coding. After that, there was a managerial round which was entirely technical, focusing on OOPs and a brief explanation of my role in a BE project. Finally, there was an HR round where they asked everything.

For candidates with over 4 years of experience, the interview process involves a technical round where they discuss your projects and the technologies you've used. This is followed by a technical interview where questions are asked about JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.
