The recruiter initiated contact via email to schedule an interview. The process for inviting candidates is generally well-organized, with interviews typically scheduled promptly. The company's approach seems to be candidate-agnostic. For candidates with substantial experience, they proceed directly to a face-to-face interview. However, candidates with about a year of experience or freshers are required to pass a test first.
