It took 3 rounds: a quick 10 min screen with the recruiter, then a 40 min chat with the Hiring Manager, and finally a 1-hour group/panel skill session where I had to give a presentation to show my skills. The whole thing wrapped up in under a month, and they got back to me really fast that same week with a decision.

I went through 2 processes for 2 similar roles, and in both cases, it didn't change much except that the first time I wasn't selected and didn't even get a thank you for participating. In the second attempt (months later), the process begins with an HR recruiter. The first contact was via email, and the first interview was scheduled. They explained everything about the selection process, what the role involves, and the typical questions like why you want a new job, etc. After the first interview, I was assigned a technical test and then a second interview with an area manager. After a good evaluation, I moved to another interview with the area director. They ask about your work processes, professional interests, and some details to get to know you and your work better. Finally, HR contacted me again to give me the good news that they liked my profile and I was the chosen one. They discussed the latest relevant topics for the position, and if I decided to accept, they shared an offer letter. Once I accepted, they explained the hiring process and the compensation package in detail, and the rest was just administrative stuff.

The interview process was messy and unorganized. The first round was a panel with no set questions. After that, I had to do an assessment or presentation, but there was no feedback or clear engagement. The whole thing took over a month. It was tough because it was confusing, expectations weren't clear, and there was no standard procedure. One interviewer even said they had no influence on the hiring decision and were just there for the ride. Glad I got rejected, dodged a bullet.
