Marketing Specialist
The interview process was really good. The interviewer was nice and thorough. They gave me enough time to talk about myself and be honest. They asked me about my background and explained the company culture.
- Are you open to relocating for this position?
Marketing Specialist
Applied and got a quick response. They sent me an online test with technical, math/algebra, and sentence correction questions. You get two chances and need 80% to pass. After that, I scheduled an interview. The phone interview was basic and not very engaging. They said I'd hear back by a certain time, but I didn't. I reached out and was ignored until I finally got a response. It wasn't the best impression.
- Could you tell us why you're interested in Rise Interactive?
- What about your interest in digital marketing?
- Can you define digital marketing for us?
Digital Marketing Specialist
So the interview process went like this: First, there were some math and writing tests, which honestly felt a bit basic for my level but weren't tough at all. Then, I had a phone screen, which seemed like a quick check to see if I was worth advancing. Finally, I visited the office for three separate one-on-one interviews. The people there seemed smart, and the office vibe was pretty laid-back.
