Technical Behavioral Case

The process kicked off with an HR screening call to go over my resume. After that, I had a technical test that was all about Python and SQL. The final part was an interview with the Hiring Manager and a senior team member, where we talked more about my past projects and how I'd solve use cases for the energy sector. The whole thing took about 3 weeks and communication was pretty smooth.

The process usually starts with an online application where your profile and CV are evaluated. If you fit the profile, you'll get a call to talk more about your professional experience and motivation. Next, you'll go through technical and psychometric tests, plus practical exercises related to analysis and problem-solving. In some cases, there's a group exercise to check collaboration skills. Then, the interview phase includes one or more competency and technical interviews with the hiring team, either in person or remote.

Technical Behavioral

First, you have to take and pass an English and reasoning test. Later, they contact you by phone to schedule a video conference interview. The interview itself is personal, focusing on your preferences and work style. In my case, I was rejected because there were no positions available that matched my schedule availability (curricular internships in the morning).

The process had four stages. First, a phone call with HR. Then, a group activity with other candidates, although in my case, none were from my field. Next, another call with HR to discuss the group activity and present the technical offer. Finally, a conversation with the person who will be your manager.
