There was a test for English and logic with English questions and logic puzzles. Multiple-choice math problems with 30 seconds to answer. English was very easy, the problems were a bit stressful but it was okay.

We had a pretty straightforward online group interview. They ask you to give a presentation and then present a case to solve, mine was about the Titanic. Don't panic, most of the cases they give don't have a solution; they're just interested in seeing the role you take.

You get an email asking about your availability for an interview via Teams. Once you have it, they ask you about Repsol and what they do, why you chose that career, and things like that. It's a screening, they ask you about the departments you're interested in and then they place you where they can.
