First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Repsol.
Maintenance Engineer
I've had a few interviews before. This one felt like a rapid-fire session with how the questions came at me. I'd answer one, and often get a follow-up right away.
- Can you tell me what you understand about our process?
Project Engineer
First interview was with HR, pretty general about my CV and what I'm looking for. Next up was a good chat with the manager, I think it really changes depending on the department. It was about 40 minutes, a chill conversation about the department, the job, my role, and ways I could grow in the future.
- What makes you want to join Repsol?
Engineer
A lot of people are looking for a job here, so you really need to be a strong candidate. They don't help with travel costs, which gives an advantage to people living in or near Buenos Aires who might be more aware of the hiring process than those from further away.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
