The process had four stages. First, a phone call with HR. Then, a group activity with other candidates, although in my case, none were from my field. Next, another call with HR to discuss the group activity and present the technical offer. Finally, a conversation with the person who will be your manager.

I had an in-person interview at the end of 2023, right before Christmas. They mentioned they were in a big hurry to fill the position and couldn't wait until after the holidays. However, 60 days later and after several attempts to contact them, I haven't received any information. What I liked: The interview was friendly and professional. The interviewers seemed nice and competent. What I didn't like: The company's lack of communication. The long time that has passed without a response. Recommendations: I wish the company would be more transparent in their hiring process. I wish the company would communicate with candidates, even if they aren't selected for the role. Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with this company's hiring process. Rating: 1/5

First, HR calls you for a phone screening to ask about your previous experience. Then, they send you an English test via email, which includes multiple-choice and listening sections, followed by an IQ test.
