The interview process was long and felt repetitive. It didn't really clarify what the job entailed. The initial HR person I spoke with was nice. But then other HR folks took over and asked a lot of questions that didn't seem to fit the role. There were many rounds, and some involved the same people without a clear reason. I got an offer, but I turned it down because I wasn't sure how the company actually worked.

I was in my final year of engineering from tier 3 college and CS background but average programming skills. First, there was a written test with 1 coding question of medium level. Time was sufficient, around 40 minutes. After 1 month, I received an interview call, and it was of two rounds. Both were technical and done on the same day. The first round was for 20 minutes and had one coding question and other basics about oops concepts and databases. After that, we'll know whether qualified for the next round, if yes, the next round is then itself. In the second round of the interview, there was a couple of questions from one more coding question and complexities. Then, a phone call interview or HR round. This company's interview process is quite lengthy and seems like a scam. They conduct multiple interview rounds. They will do a rep check with all your previous employers, digging into the smallest details. After a month-long process, they might reject you for any reason. The HR will first ask you to fill out a CHF form with all your personal details. Then, they will conduct a 30-minute rep check with all your past employers, regardless of how many there are. After all this, the HR's behavior completely changes. They are essentially scamming people in the name of interviews. I strongly advise against leaving your current job in hopes of getting hired here. I regret not checking previous reviews; you can find similar negative experiences online.

The process began with a personal interview with HR, covering past roles, family history, and salary expectations, along with company info. Next was a technical interview focusing on my previous job, where we discussed my experience and the role I was applying for, which seemed like a good fit. Then, I had a test round with an assignment. The final round was unexpected; the interviewer's focus on Ads was different from the previous discussion about website content, blogs, etc., making it seem like they were looking for a reason to reject me due to a shift in job description requirements. It's a shame because I applied for a different role initially, which they changed to Copywriter, and this discrepancy in understanding the role needs to be addressed by the team before hiring.
