Customer Success Manager
This company's interview process is quite lengthy and seems like a scam. They conduct multiple interview rounds. They will do a rep check with all your previous employers, digging into the smallest details. After a month-long process, they might reject you for any reason. The HR will first ask you to fill out a CHF form with all your personal details. Then, they will conduct a 30-minute rep check with all your past employers, regardless of how many there are. After all this, the HR's behavior completely changes. They are essentially scamming people in the name of interviews. I strongly advise against leaving your current job in hopes of getting hired here. I regret not checking previous reviews; you can find similar negative experiences online.
- A one-to-one interview.
- A case study exercise.
- An interview with the hiring manager.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was very focused and straight forward. I had a very good time talking to each interviewer as I progressed through the rounds. Initially I was contacted by Replicon recruiter and we had a conversation around what they were looking for and how I would fit that profile with my skills and experiences. During the process, I spoke to various stakeholders - my hiring manager, global customer success leader, chief customer officer among many others and the process had a 100 Days Customer Success plan that I had to work towards. And after talking to everyone, I was both intrigued and impressed by the customer centricity, value that Replicon brings to customers and dynamics within Replicon team - understanding what customer success is all about and being able to execute that framework exhibits very high level of maturity of Customer Success in this new SaaS era - to me, Replicon came across as a winner in this area. When the job was offered to me, there were no doubts in my mind that this was going to be the right move for my career.
- In your own words, what is Customer Success?
- Could you explain what the 100 Days Customer Success plan entails?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was efficient yet challenging. It began with an HR screening call, which led to further discussions with senior members of the organization. Following that, I was tasked with creating a 100-day plan, which served as a good exercise to visualize my initial goals and showcase my presentation skills to my direct manager. After the presentation, I asked to chat with a current CSM to get a better feel for the role and daily tasks. This conversation solidified my interest, and I received an offer a few days later. The entire process took about 4 weeks, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, making it one of my best interview experiences.
- Can you explain what Customer Success means to you?
