So, basically, the process here isn't very structured. There's a big communication breakdown between the interviewers and HR. The gap between the Indian and US teams is huge. The US team initially contacted me, went over their company's processes, and approved my resume. They said we'd discuss my past experience and the company's procedures. But then, on the interview day, the HR from the India team introduced a totally new process. They asked for a coding round, claiming I was already informed about it. After the coding round, we had a discussion where the job requirements turned out to be completely different from what was in my profile and what the US team had approved. It was a complete mess! Don't waste your time interviewing with them based on what the HR team tells you. I even asked the HR for clarification on some aptitude questions, and they had no idea and couldn't get the answers.

The interview process was well organized until the director round. There were 2 technical interview rounds, followed by a Manager round, and then the final round was with the Director. Clearing all technical rounds in one attempt makes one eligible for the technical position. Unfortunately, I was not selected in the director round, which wasn't technical at all, just covering basics. No one provides proper feedback. If a candidate is not selected in the director round, it would be better to reject them in the manager or technical round itself to save everyone's time. This was one of the worst director round interviews I've experienced. This is my review of the company.

The interview process was pretty smooth. I went through four rounds in total. There was an online test, followed by a couple of discussion rounds, and then a final round with the director. The whole thing wrapped up within a few weeks.
