Sales Development Representative
Their hiring process needs a lot of improvement. Each round of interviews takes about a week, and there are three rounds in total. They seem to wait until they have a team ready to train all at once, which saves them time but means a lot of waiting for the candidates.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What makes you want to pursue a career in sales?
- In what ways do you think you can contribute to the company's growth?
Sales Development Representative
So basically, you can apply in different ways. I got an update on Naukri for a walk-in interview. First, they do a CV screening. If the HR recruit thinks you fit the profile, you move on. If you get shortlisted, the HR recruit does a face-to-face round focusing on your communication skills, understanding of the JD, and if you've done your research. If you pass that, the HR recruit calls you to set up a call or face-to-face with the hiring manager. This chat lasts about 30-60 minutes, and they check your communication, JD knowledge, and attitude, especially if you're positive about everything. If you clear the hiring manager round, you're pretty much set. Then, you'll have a face-to-face with the India Operations Head, which is more of a casual chat than a formal interview. After all that, they'll ask for your documents for verification, and then they'll roll out the offer letter.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
- What insights do you have about our organization?
Sales Development Representative
I had two rounds, one with HR and the other with the Director. There was a screening where I was asked basic questions by HR, and then domain questions and about my work experience by the director.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with objections.
