First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Replicon.
Software Engineer
I was in my final year of engineering from tier 3 college and CS background but average programming skills. First, there was a written test with 1 coding question of medium level. Time was sufficient, around 40 minutes. After 1 month, I received an interview call, and it was of two rounds. Both were technical and done on the same day. The first round was for 20 minutes and had one coding question and other basics about oops concepts and databases. After that, we'll know whether qualified for the next round, if yes, the next round is then itself. In the second round of the interview, there was a couple of questions from one more coding question and complexities. Then, a phone call interview or HR round. It's a general round to know you're a legit person. Hope this helps :) My interview was good :) Thanks and All the very best!!!
- Can you find the subarray of an array?

- What are the basics of oops concepts?

First I spoke to HR at Replicon, who then set up a phone interview with a Tech Lead. That call lasted about 40-60 minutes. After passing that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their office. There, I had a programming round where I needed to write three programs, which I finished in 45 minutes. Following that, I met with the Project Manager for about an hour, and it was a completely technical discussion. He inquired about my current salary and expectations, and mentioned HR would follow up. A few days later, HR contacted me with an offer, initially proposing a 30% raise. We negotiated three times over several days, through calls and emails, and the final offer included a 72% hike, which I happily accepted.
- Can you explain the .net framework?
- What's the difference between adding a reference and adding a service reference?
- Tell me about Linq basics.
Software Engineer
I had a phone call with the employer and then they invited me for the interview. The welcome was warm, and I took a one-hour C# test with basic logic questions. The interviewer reviewed my code and I proceeded to the next stage. After two more technical interviews, I had a combined technical and HR interview. They asked me to wait about a week. Then, I successfully interviewed with the Director. A few days later, I had a final interview with the Director of HR where we discussed the offer details and I was offered the role.
