The interview process was pretty decent. Had a friendly recruiter call where they asked some basic CompSci questions, mostly about my resume and what I've learned. It seemed like they were trying to figure out how adaptable I am and if I'm open to learning new things.

The interview experience was disappointing and felt unprofessional. The interviewer arrived late and was eating during our conversation, which came across as disrespectful. Additionally, they appeared disinterested throughout the interview, giving the impression that I wasn’t being seriously considered regardless of my responses. Overall, it felt more like a formality to meet an interview quota rather than a genuine hiring opportunity.

So the process started with a quick phone screener, then there was a 30-minute virtual meeting with the managers. After that, a 2-hour virtual team interview that included a case study and presentation. The whole thing took about two weeks. I got to the final round and they liked my case study presentation. They said I'd hear back early next week, but I never did. I emailed the recruiter and got nothing back. Ghosted.
