It was a pretty standard process. They asked me about how I deal with customer complaints and account management. They also asked about conflict resolution, any sales experience I might have, and my customer service background. There were two interviews: one over the phone and one in person.

I talked to a recruiter first to go over the job and my background. Then, the hiring manager asked some SQL questions and some data problems that test your thinking. After that, I had a technical interview where we talked about statistics and how I'd handle a problem from start to finish. The coding part had medium SQL and easy Python questions. Lastly, I met with two stakeholders who asked general questions about business and data.

A recruiter from Realtor.com contacted me on LinkedIn about a role. I told them I was interested. Then, I had three video calls: one with the recruiter and two with people from the teams I'd be working with. Since then, I haven't heard anything, and it's been weeks. I followed up a week later and was told I'd get an update, but still nothing. This seems to be a common issue with Realtor.com interviews. I'm writing this review because the job is now publicly posted. It's disappointing to have gone through three interviews and not even get a simple follow-up. Like others, I wouldn't want this job because I don't like companies that operate this way.

Went through a written exam, which they liked. Then had an interview with the Hiring Manager, mostly behavioral questions, at least 5. I felt prepared but some questions surprised me. After that, three 30-minute interviews back-to-back with 2 potential colleagues and the VP. Each person asked at least 3 behavioral questions. One colleague made some uncomfortable, borderline racist jokes about the hiring manager. It was awkward, but I figured I wouldn't work with them. The Hiring Manager seemed good though. The whole final interview round was really stressful, I actually cried afterwards. After all that, I was ghosted for two weeks, then got an automated rejection email. Honestly, after such a detailed process and stressful interviews, a personalized rejection would have been better than a robot one.
