The interview process was very straightforward. I had an initial phone screening, and then an onsite interview the week after. I had a positive experience sharing my experiences, and I was hired shortly after that day.

The whole interview experience was really good, right from the start. First up was a phone screening, and then I had an in-person meeting. After that, I got to shadow a customer service rep at work for a bit. The team and the managers were all great people.

It took about two weeks total. First, I had a 40-minute phone screening with HR. Then, the very next day, I came in for a panel interview with the managers I'd be working with, which lasted around 20 minutes. A few days after that, I interviewed with the Senior Vice President for about an hour and a half. An hour later, HR called to talk more about salary negotiations and the background check process. About five days after that, in the following week, I received an offer letter by email.
