Financial Risk Analyst
There were three interviews, but the waiting times between them were really long. After a long time to think, you get the job, but then they say they hired someone from inside the company. It wasn't organized or fair to the person interviewing. Also, they don't want to hire people who want to work fully remotely.

Field Marketing Manager
The interview process started with a 30-minute screening call via Teams with the recruiter. If that went well, the next step was a 30-minute meeting with the Hiring Manager, which was pretty much back-to-back questions with a short Q/A at the end. The plan was to then move to an in-person round table with teammates, followed by a final interview with the VP of the Field. It's been a few months since my interview and I haven't heard back, which is a bummer since this is the second time Pulte has ghosted me after a seemingly good interview.

Marketing Specialist
After submitting my application, I was sent an email with some initial questions. I then had a phone interview that was easy to schedule. The interviewer was nice and the call lasted about 20 minutes. After that, I was told I'd move on to an in-person interview and would get an email to schedule it. I sent a thank you email expressing my continued interest. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back until a month later, and the email said the job was already filled.
- What sparked your interest in this role?
Field Manager/Customer Care Manager
It was super informative and everyone was really nice. It started with an email screening after I applied, asking if I knew Pulte Group, why I was interested, how I deal with stress, and how I show good customer service. Then there was a phone screening. After that, I had 3 skype interviews, each lasting 30 minutes (normally these would be in person, but because of covid, they were on skype). Before the skype interviews, I got links to YouTube videos with awesome info about the company, its ethics and standards, detailed descriptions of both jobs and how pay works. I also got a one-pager about who I'd be interviewing with on skype. Finally, there was a 'day-in-the-life' part where I spent half a day on site with a Field Manager and a Customer Care Manager to really get a feel for what the job actually involves. The whole experience was friendly, and it's a great company.
