It was a pretty standard interview process, nothing too crazy. Everyone was super friendly, and I honestly have no complaints. It was a very straightforward interview. Yay hey yay hey

I got referred by an employee to the management. I sent in my resume and then had an initial chat with the VP and GSM. After that, I had more interviews with the VP of finance, VP of construction, and the mortgage branch manager. It's a team thing, so you don't have to impress everyone, but don't mess up with the people you'll report to. It was chill, and everyone was cool and fair. They really want you to do well and be the right fit. You should know the new home sales process well and be good at asking and answering questions. They're looking for someone who can interview buyers, handle pushback, and figure out what drives them, so show them your sales skills. Ask them as many questions as they ask you. Always follow up after. You're a salesperson, and they're testing that. If you don't follow up, you failed. You don't need to be pushy, but keeping them updated on your progress is key!
