Had a first call with the recruiter where we mostly talked about why I'm interested in this job and some other HR stuff. After that, I had a second call with the Hiring Manager, who was some Director. He asked me about my past experience and projects. He was a typical entitled Indian interviewer - rude, impatient, never let me complete my answer, interrupting my flow for every sentence.

First, HR connected with me to give an overview of the company and discuss my salary expectations. After that, there were three main rounds: L1, L2, and a round with the Director. Once all rounds were completed, HR reached out again to provide feedback from both the technical and director interviews. PulsePoint is the only company in my experience that finished the entire process so quickly, in just two weeks, and with a lot of transparency. Riley was great about giving feedback after each stage. Also, the recruiter was amazing in accommodating my schedule, even staying late for me due to the time difference, and was super enthusiastic. It made me feel really valued and that my needs were heard, which I appreciated a lot.

The interview experience was smooth and the interviewers were welcoming, making sure I was comfortable. Riley, the head of recruiting, managed the whole thing without any hiccups or delays. She handled everything from setting up calls to scheduling interviews, coordinating interviewer schedules, and getting feedback right after each round. You can tell she's really dedicated to her job and wants to hire the right people, making sure no good candidates get missed. For me, she made sure the process was fast and responsive because I only had a couple of days to decide on another offer. If she hadn't moved so quickly, I probably would have had to accept the other offer. I hope PulsePoint keeps up this great approach because it really makes them stand out.

The interviewing process at PulsePoint is very smooth, transparent, and friendly. The hiring team is great and I am very happy with the process. Starting from my very first interaction with the Lead Recruiter Riley, her approach was both professional and incredibly warm, making what can often be a stressful experience feel comfortable and welcoming. She has a remarkable ability to understand both the needs of the company and the well-being of its employees. She ensures that everyone feels valued and heard, which speaks volumes about her character and dedication. Riley is someone who goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about people. Her friendly demeanor and approachable nature made it easy for me to reach out with any concerns or questions, and she always provided support and replied promptly with a smile. Working with Riley felt less like dealing with a recruiter and more like having a friend guide me through the process. Her attention to detail, dedication, outstanding communication skills, coupled with her genuine care, made my transition into PulsePoint seamless and positive. She is the best recruiter I've ever worked with and she had inspired me to join the company. The process is very refined already, no need to change what's already perfect. I am eager to contribute my skills and learn from the talented team here.
