The interview experience was smooth and the interviewers were welcoming, making sure I was comfortable. Riley, the head of recruiting, managed the whole thing without any hiccups or delays. She handled everything from setting up calls to scheduling interviews, coordinating interviewer schedules, and getting feedback right after each round. You can tell she's really dedicated to her job and wants to hire the right people, making sure no good candidates get missed. For me, she made sure the process was fast and responsive because I only had a couple of days to decide on another offer. If she hadn't moved so quickly, I probably would have had to accept the other offer. I hope PulsePoint keeps up this great approach because it really makes them stand out.

The interview process included an online SQL test and two interviews. The recruiting process was great – smooth, efficient, and engaging. Riley, the recruiter, was amazing – super efficient, responsive, and kept me in the loop the whole time. She provided regular updates and answered my questions quickly, which made a big difference. Her professionalism and effort to keep me informed were really impressive. I think continuing with this level of communication and organization will help PulsePoint attract top talent.
