Account Manager
The interview process was super smooth and straightforward. I started with a screening call with the recruiter, Riley, and then had calls with team members and senior leadership. There were 5 calls/interviews total. Everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Riley was especially great throughout the hiring process. Her proactive approach and advocacy were notable. She ensured quick responses and clear communication about next steps, and kept me updated. She was willing to hop on calls to answer any questions, showing a real commitment to my success. The whole process was very smooth and transparent!

Account Manager
I interviewed for an Account Management Intern role on the Signal team, and the experience was really smooth and clear. Riley Peng, the hiring manager, made sure everything went well. They gave me really clear timelines and communicated well throughout the whole thing.

The interview process was okay. There was a basic introductory interview, followed by a presentation-based interview. It turned out they were looking for someone to generate new business during the second round, and the job spec wasn't completely accurate. The company is operating differently now though.
