Data Engineer
Working with Riley was a great experience, she's the best recruiter I've met. She was professional and committed from the start, reaching out on LinkedIn and guiding me through the offer and onboarding. She didn't just recruit, but also introduced me to the company culture, shared articles, and answered all my questions patiently. Her support was really helpful, and she built good rapport to make discussions easy. I felt supported daily, with quick feedback and clear next steps, and she addressed any concerns. Her work ethic was amazing, even handling my questions during her vacation and after hours to fit my time zone. She was warm and approachable, making conversations pleasant. She advocated for me during negotiations, securing a competitive offer. Her proactive approach and care were clear. Riley truly embodies excellence and support.

Data Engineer
The hiring process for the Senior Data Engineer role at PulsePoint spanned about a month and was quite organized and straightforward. It kicked off with the recruiter reaching out, then I chatted with the Director of Data. After that, I had a coding challenge to tackle. Once I passed that, I went through four technical interviews, each lasting an hour, to really check out my skills. Riley and the data engineering team kept me in the loop with updates and feedback all the way, which was great for knowing where I stood. On top of the technical interviews, I also had three final chats with different managers to get a feel for the team and company vibe. Overall, my interview experience with PulsePoint for this role was a good one, with clear communication and a solid review of my abilities.
