First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Prime Communications.
Sales Associate
The interview process is straightforward. They're seeking individuals who are honest, motivated by earnings, and proactive. If you fit this profile, you'll do well. Be sure to ask plenty of questions to fully understand the job's responsibilities. Also, be prepared to potentially work beyond regular hours, as you might get caught up in a sale or need to stay late to assist customers. Management really wants people dedicated to exceeding expectations for the company.
- Do you have prior sales experience?
Sales Representative
It was pretty standard. First, we talked about my past work, then some questions about the wireless business and sales stuff. After that, they explained how the stores are organized and what they want from people joining the team.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Account Payable Specialist
We had a phone interview with HR. It was pretty straightforward, mostly just some simple questions about what you want to ask about the company, your background, and anything on your resume. It wasn't tough at all, no technical stuff.
- Why are you interested in joining our team?
Project Administrator
The interview process was really disorganized and unprofessional. The interviewer was rude and obnoxious, and seemed more interested in whether I liked going out and drinking after work than my qualifications. They acted like everyone loved their jobs there, but it didn't seem that way.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself and your hobbies?
