It was pretty standard. First, we talked about my past work, then some questions about the wireless business and sales stuff. After that, they explained how the stores are organized and what they want from people joining the team.

Behavioral

I was given some corporate questions to print out. It didn't really get into personality, which I thought was strange because personality is super important for sales. When it was time for the actual interview, I was a bit put off by the manager. He seemed really timid, almost like I was leading the interview.

Behavioral Other

It was a pretty annoying process with 3 interviews that all covered the same information with different people. Started with someone on the phone, then a dm via zoom, and finally met the store manager in person. After that, you get an offer letter. Once they offer, they move fast.
