Store Manager
The interview process was chill and easy to follow. The DM who interviewed me, who I'd met before, was really great. Overall, it was a good experience.
- What about your background makes you a good fit for this position?
Store Manager
It was a pretty typical interview, quite straightforward. I spoke with the store manager and then the district manager.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
Store Manager
I was contacted by a recruiter on a job board. It took three days for them to get back to me for a quick phone screen, and then a Skype interview. The next step was supposed to be an interview with the regional manager. They said they'd call within 24 hours to set it up because they needed to hire fast. I didn't hear back, so after waiting another 48 hours, I called them. The recruiter said, 'Oh, I forgot, I'll call them right now.' I never heard back. Since another company made me an offer the day after I spoke with Prime, I didn't bother following up with Prime.
