First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Prime Communications.
Sales Consultant
The interview process was pretty simple. There were three interviews in total. First, I spoke with the sales manager, then the district manager, and finally the regional manager. Before the interviews, you have to complete an initial test to be considered.
- Can you share an example of a time you used your sales abilities to close a deal?
Sales Consultant
It was pretty simple, about 15-20 mins. They asked about me and how I'd deal with certain customers. They gave me a scenario of a tricky sale and a tough customer to present. The district manager was cool, and overall I thought the interview was easy. We also went over the commission plan and what the pay would be like.
- Describe a time you successfully handled a sales situation.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your background?
- How would you manage a complex sales scenario involving a challenging customer?
Sales Consultant
I applied online. The hiring manager emailed me a few hours later asking me for an interview. I met with the hiring manager. He asked me about myself and then told me about the company. He interviewed me and described the pay structure. I also had to do a video telling about myself and what my experience was.
- Can you share an instance where you felt excluded from a management decision?
- Describe a situation where you had to compromise to secure a sale.
- What was your most challenging sale?
