HR VP called me. I tried calling back for 7 days and only reached voicemail. No response. After the phone interview, the VP said I was a good fit and the EVP would call for a second phone interview. I sent a thank you email the next day. Then another email a week later, left a voicemail the following week, and sent a final email. No one ever got back to me. This was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences ever and probably says a lot about working there.

The whole thing took about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on whether I was already with the company or coming from somewhere else. My DM sat me down, and I presented a 90-day plan. I also updated my resume, even though I was already working there as a Sales Consultant.

It started with a phone interview, then we had an in-person meeting at the cell phone store, which was engaging and informative. We use this to check your communication skills, technical knowledge, and customer service abilities to make sure you'll fit in well with our dynamic team.
