Inside Sales Representative
I applied and they called me the same day to schedule. When I got there, I had to fill out the entire paper application again. They asked for my social security number on the application, which I never give until after I'm hired, and a few other red flags popped up while I waited. You can really sense the unhappiness in the office if you're quiet enough.
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
Campaign Coordinator
I applied online and got an automated email for an open house, which was supposed to be about 2 hours. The facility was impressive with a lot going on. After the tour, we were in the cafeteria, and the recruitment/HR team took tables aside to do IQ tests. I was told to wait by the front with no info on what was next. Then, someone from HR or recruiting did a filtering interview. I waited at the front again. After about 20 minutes, the head recruiter interviewed me with the same questions. She asked if I could wait for a manager interview, so I waited another 30 minutes. The manager was really nice, and we had a good conversation. She said I'd hear back in a week. After 4 hours and three interviews, I still haven't heard back.
- What are your salary expectations?
Accounting Administrator
I had some trouble with navigation on the way to the interview, but the receptionist was very helpful. Upon arrival, I completed some paperwork, including providing my Social Security number, and then waited to meet the interviewer. The interviewer was friendly and asked about my previous experience and discussed the company's culture.

Intake Processor
Overall, I had a good time through the hiring process. I spoke with two HR people and my hiring manager, and they were all really nice. The office had a relaxed yet professional vibe, and it was a busy place. My manager showed me around a bit and had me complete a couple of short assessments to gauge my skills. They offered me the job right then and there. The next day, I had to take a drug test and then they sent over the official offer letter!
