I was sent a link to pick a time for my phone interview. The HR person was supposed to call me but didn't. Then I got an email saying my number was wrong and I needed to reschedule. I checked everything - my application, resume, and where I scheduled the interview. My number was correct, and I hadn't missed any calls. After I explained this, they basically said 'oops' and told me to use the link again to reschedule. I thought about it for a couple days and then rescheduled. It took over a week to find a time that worked for me. When the interview finally happened, the interviewer left early and sent me a link to reschedule again. It's pretty crazy that the interviewer didn't take any ownership for her mistakes or try to fix it. I could get the impersonal link if it was a big company, but it's not. I guess I'm glad I went through this so I know not to work for such a disorganized company.

I had a phone interview and then went on an open house tour the next day. The tour was great for seeing PCM’s vibe and culture, with some departments even having dogs. The office looked welcoming and productive. I skipped ahead to the testing parts of the interview. After that, I had an in-person meeting with HR and supervisors, followed by job shadowing. It was all helpful for my decision, and I got an offer before leaving. The whole process was fast-paced.

The interview process was thorough yet relaxed, aiming to assess cultural fit. I met with several supervisors and managers from the department who were direct about the job's requirements and asked if I felt I would be a good fit. They emphasized that it's okay to voice discomfort if the role doesn't feel right. I found the experience enjoyable and am pleased with my current position and colleagues.
