Sales
So after I applied online, I had a couple of phone interviews, and then I went in for a full day of interviews at their office. It was like multiple people interviewed me throughout the day.
- How do you deal with unhappy customers?

So I had a phone interview first and it was kind of rushed, felt like they just asked the same questions they always do. It wasn't as personal as other people said, but it was a fun challenge when they asked me to sell socks. After that, I had a face-to-face interview. This one was really different from anything else I've done. The place had a cool, laid-back vibe and there was so much interesting stuff everywhere. It was kind of hard to focus because everything was so unique and exciting, but I was eager to answer questions because I could really see myself working there. They asked the usual questions again and then gave me some tests: typing, an IQ test, and a math test. They asked if I had questions, but after I asked one, I didn't get to ask any more. I left feeling super excited and confident. A week later, I found out I didn't get the offer. Since I'm really interested in the company, I asked for feedback. I even followed up twice, but never heard back. After all my research on PostcardMania, I didn't expect to be ignored, especially when it would help me for future opportunities. An interview is short, and they could at least tell me what I could have done better, especially when I was ready to commit my career and passion to their company.
- Tell me about a real-life experience that positively impacted you.
- Can you tell me about a live experience that has affected your life in a positive way?

I thought PostcardMania was great. The HR people were really helpful and made me feel good about everything. It started with a phone call, and then they set up my next interview, which they did over Skype since I'm not local. I took a test as part of the interview, but my score wasn't good enough. I knew math wasn't my strongest area, but I didn't expect the test to be so long. I definitely didn't realize how good with math you need to be for this job.
- Can you try to sell me these socks?
- Could you share your educational background?
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
