The hiring process started with resume screening, followed by a CRT exam. Next, there was a chat interview, then a video resume submission. The fifth step was a sales interview, and the final round was a mock selling round. Steps 1, 5, and 6 evaluated selling skills, while rounds 2, 3, and 4 focused on English and communication abilities.

The process started with an online test, followed by two or three interviews. The interviews were mainly technical, focusing on data structures like DP, arrays, linked lists, trees, and tries. The entire process typically takes about two to three weeks.

It was a smooth interview process, nothing tough about it. The interviewers were also chill and supportive through the process. It was an on-campus interview, so I didn't apply off-campus. Depending on the role (e.g., content development, teaching, marketing, product, or sales), you might be asked specific questions related to your expertise. For the Planet Spark role, you can expect about 2 to 3 rounds. It usually starts with a resume screen, followed by a one-on-one interview. Sometimes they throw in an aptitude test or ask you to do a demo class. The exact rounds can differ based on the job, but commonly there's a phone chat, a virtual meeting, and then a video call where you'll answer some questions they give you. A written test or a language check might also be part of it for some positions.
